Shipping policy
Shipping
Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days across Egypt. Shipping is calculated based on order size:
- 1 wheel: 200 EGP
- 2 wheels: 350 EGP
- 3 wheels: 500 EGP
- 4+ wheels: 650 EGP
Please inspect your package upon delivery before accepting it. Our courier allows you to open and check your order at the door before completing payment — we recommend taking advantage of this to confirm your item has arrived in good condition. Once a package is accepted and the courier has departed, we're unable to process returns outside of the manufacturing-defect warranty below.
International orders: We currently ship within Egypt only. If you're ordering from outside Egypt, please email us at smartrideegypt@gmail.com and we'll arrange shipping for you manually.
